This application is for a part-time to full-time position shipping specialist (10-20 hours to 30-40 hours a week) during the training phase which could last from 3 months to 1 year. Hours will increase as skills develop and wages increase with performance and productivity. This is not a remote job, you must be physically present in our studio in Sacramento, CA. You will be fulfilling retail and wholesale orders as well as occassionally assisting with the production of products. This position is for an individual who is a self-starter, sees what needs to be done and does it, has incredible attention to detail, has good spatial awareness (love of puzzles is a plus), and is able to take positive criticism.
-packing and shipping retail web orders with care and attention.
-fulfilling, packing, shipping, and processing wholesale orders.
-communicating with customers about any questions they have about their order
-communicating with wholesale partners about stock, orders, and shipping
-answer customer service emails
-must be able to work conscientiously and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment.
-responsible for helping maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work space.
-must have a good sense of spatial awareness.
-must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with team members and supervisors
-must be able to work on your feet, lift up to 50 pounds, break down material shipments and load, transport, and organize inventory.
-must be competent and confident in working on a computer

-experience working as a line cook, barista, or food service industry
-problem solving skills and setting up organizational systems
-social media, email, and computer skills
