Product questions
Are your products natural and organic?
Every product in our line is 100% natural with no chemical additives, synthetic fragrances, or SLS. About 95% of all of our ingredients are certified organic and sourced from small farmers and producers.
Should I put oil on my face?
We heartily believe that putting the right oil of your face can make a WORLD of difference. It can often help balance overactive sebum production. We recommend our Green Tea Serum of oily, acne-prone, and inflamed skin.
Where are URB APOTHECARY products made?
Everything is made in-house by our small three woman team in our production studio Sacramento, California.

Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer shipping within the US for order of $150 or more
When can I expect my order to ship?
Your order takes 2-5 days for us to process and package with care before it is shipped. Once shipped it can take 2-5 days depending on the shipping you selected at checkout.
USPS First Class 2-5 days transit time
USPS Priority 1-3 days transit time
UPS Ground 1-5 days transit time
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY after submitting your order with your correct address we are able to correct it. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
My order says it was delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. If it still hasn't arrived it may have been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at orders@urbapothecary.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
Returns questions
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
We are unable to refund purchases in which the product isn't to your liking or what you expected. We have tester sizes for most products and if we don't we are able to supply one upon request.
Do you accept cancellations?
We do not accept order cancellations.
What are the conditions of returning an item?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original unopened condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
