SHIPPING

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $125 or more (before tax and after discounts).

Processing Time

• Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

• Orders do not ship the same day they are placed.

• Once your package is with USPS, most orders ship via Priority Mail (2–3 business days).

We’re a tiny team (just 1–2 people!) and do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Protection
We now partner with Navidium Shipping Protection. For a small fee (usually $0.98–$2.55), you can insure your package against being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once USPS scans your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.

• If a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, it often arrives within 3–4 days.

• If it does not, please contact us at orders@urbapothecary.com. We’ll provide the information you need to file a claim with USPS.

• Please note, without shipping protection, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

• Your country may charge customs or import fees, which are not included in your order total.

• Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees for you—they are your responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Urb Apothecary products. If something doesn’t work out:

• Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened or unused products.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

• Refunds:

  • We cannot refund purchases simply because a product wasn’t to your taste or expectations.

  • Many products are available in tester sizes; if not, we can often provide one upon request so you can try before committing.

• Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once placed.

• Return Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
