SHIPPING + RETURNS
We are please to offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Please allow for 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered.
We are a tiny business (1-2 people) and strive to get your order into your hands as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
If you need an order shipped ASAP please email us at email@example.com and we will work hard to get it out quickly.
We now partner with Route and for a small addition fee (generally $.98- $2.55) you can insure your package against being lost, stolen, or broken in transit.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. If it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
For INTERNATIONAL shipping, please be advised that your country may charge you customs fees that are completely separate from our ordering platform. Unfortunately, we have no way of calculating or even knowing what these fees will be, but they are your responsibility to pay these import fees.
RETURNSI gladly accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
